This sequel to the horrific RAPED BY AN ANGEL focuses on another psychopathic killer who has pursued a career as a dentist in order for opportunities to fulfill his obsession with uniformed women. Using his profession to meet a variety of women in the service industry, his first victim happens to be the sister of a female cop, whose outrage over her sister's murder forces her to track down the deranged dentist on her own.
