A yakuza gang wants to redevelop a tumbledown building presently occupied by immigrants from Asia, so it sends in its heavies to persuade the tenants to leave. The first heavy goes stark-raving mad... The second rushes in with all of his fury, and slowly realizes he's against more than he's bargained for!

Funny, mildly scary and an effective demolition of Japanese macho values and racism. Good stuff!
