A corrupt Shaolin assassin, a master in Iron Claws, is hired to threaten members of the Ching Dynasty into signing a secret letter for the restoration of the monarchy. The plot is unraveled when a police chief captures one of the assailants. In retaliation, the Shaolin master murders the chief's best friend. Only the destruction of the Shaolin Iron Claw Master can end the Dynasty's nightmare!

A fine dramatic kung fu movie with an outstanding cast. The fight action is superb, with Wong Tao in serious form and Lee Yi Min adding martial arts sparkle. The true star, however, is Chang Yi as the main villain, who lets off some serious mantis!
