A childhood friendship ends when one boy injures another in an unfortunate dispute. The victor is forced to leave and begin life on his own and as years pass he becomes famous as an invincible fighter. Meanwhile his childhood rival becomes a kung fu master and sets out to avenge himself against his former friend. Events lead inevitably to a showdown between the two men. For one of them will be a showdown with death.
