In the early days of the Republic of China, the Ching Wu Men is a famous organization established by Chinese folks for promoting the art of Kung fu. But it has aroused the animosity of the Japanese people in China. They try real hard to put it away for good. Little flower, the daughter of the head of Ching Wu Men’s school, is told by her father before he dies to go to Shanghai to look for her senior schoolmate Mercury and Stone in order to revive Ching Wu Men.
