One normal Monday morning, a man in a black suit wakes up in a posh hotel room. His memory is fuzzy; he has no idea of where he is, how he got there, or what happened the night before. Suddenly, a packet of purification salts (to ward off evil spirits) drops out of his pocket reminding him of a funeral he went to a few days earlier. He then remembers a cafe, a bar, some Yazuka... Are they only parts of a dream or is it reality reaching out to him?

An exquisitely crafted black comedy about an ordinary man sucked deeper and deeper into extraordinary circumstances. Monday is shot through a series of flashbacks in a studied "Sabu" style that will keep you on the edge of your seat and wondering how one man's life got so out-of-control!
