Hua Shan, director of Super Inframan and Little Dragon Maiden presents Tales of a Eunuch, an entertaining kung fu film that reunites the stars of the classic Shaw Brothers picture Dirty Ho for an exciting new story set during the Ching Dynasty. Hong Kong action superstar and martial arts film legend Gordon Liu (36th Chamber of Shaolin, Kill Bill) stars as Kang Hsi, an emperor who likes to disguise himself as a regular guy to maneuver around the common people. Liu's acting cohort for Tale of a Eunuch is none other than Wong Yue (star of Lau Kar-Leung's Executioners from Shaolin), who takes on the role of an anti-Manchu revolutionary who eventually crosses paths with the masquerading Kang Hsi. As one might expect, fireworks explode when the two finally meet up in this entertaining martial arts extravaganza! Featuring an appearance by longtime Hong Kong actor Goo Fung (Come Drink With Me, Mighty Peking Man) and excellent fight choreography from action directors Yuen Wah and Yuan Pien, Tale of a Eunuch is one kung fu fight-fest you don't want to miss!
